Shipping / Return Policy



Pictures of products may look different on different monitors with different settings and provided for initial references only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will look exactly as an actual product. To be completely satisfied and confident in what you are placing order for, you can visit our showroom.



Buyer assumes the full responsibility in that he/she understands the product characteristics, grades and quality differences while shopping with us. Products cannot be refused after placing order just based on reason that on the customer's opinion products are not as good as customer expected them to be. Returns of such products would fall under our regular Return policy terms and conditions.



14 Day Return Policy With 20% Restocking Fee



If you would like to return an item that is new, undamaged, unused and contains its original packaging, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. To return items for an exchange or refund please call us at (718)-238-3008 and one of our customer service representatives will start a return process with you.


1. Return authorization number will be sent to you by email. Any returns without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.


2. Shipping product back. All returned products must be undamaged and in original condition (not used and not installed, with all original packaging material included). Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable. Repack products for return in the original box with original packaging material. Ship the product to the warehouse address provided with your return authorization mail.


3. We are highly recommending you to insure your return shipping. All returns will be check for damages with your shipping carrier; if any damages will be found cause of transit we will reject this return delivery. In that case it is 100% customer's responsibility to file a claim with Delivery Company for the damaged goods. Conrad Kitchens will not issue any refunds and will not accept the return of goods damaged in transit and cause of the shipping carrier.


4. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges even if purchased item was marked as "Free Delivery". Actual shipping / handling cost + 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (Shipping / Handling invoices will be mailed to the customer upon request).





Q: Where do you deliver furniture?


A: We deliver furniture anywhere in the 48 continental states.



Q: How long does it take to get a furniture delivery?


A: Orders usually ship out and leave our warehouse within 1-4 weeks. Transit time to any destination in the US is 2-14 business days. Please note: It is a requirements of merchant service providers that your shipping address must match with your billing address or be on file with your credit card company. If you have your furniture shipped to the address other than your billing address make sure that your bank has your shipping address on file or call your bank and add your shipping address ON FILE to your credit card account for the Address Verification Service (AVS). Before we ship such orders, we will contact you and your bank on the phone to confirm your information. Making sure that your shipping address is on file with your credit card company will expedite your delivery.



Q; Do you have furniture in stock or will I have to wait?


A: Most of the furniture items (95%) that we offer are in stock.



Q: Do you provide inside delivery?


A: In most cases we provide curb side (drop off) delivery only unless previously agreed.



Q: What if my furniture arrives damaged?


A: This is highly unlikely. We take a very good care of packing and less than 2% of shipments got any damages. If items are damaged it must be documented with delivery company at the time of delivery, NO EXCUSES!!! The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery. In order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify us within 24 hours by phone or email, send us the copy of delivery slip with the pictures of damaged merchandise. No claims for damaged merchandise shall be accepted if made after the 24 hour period. We will either repair the damaged item at our expense, or send you a replacement part .Rest assured your 100% satisfaction is our main concern.





We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX PAYPAL payments only. Sales tax 8,875% will be added for all buyers from New York State.
